New Year, New Goals

Begins January 1st, Complementary to all members

Ready to hit the reset button? The New Year is a great time to evaluate where you are at and what your hopes for yourself are. We are interested in not only hearing what your goals are, but seeing them in writing. Studies have shown that if you write down your goal or tell someone, you are more likely to achieve it. By filling out our goals cards, you are taking the first step of signing up for accountability. It can be scary telling someone what your goals are, what if you don’t accomplish what you set out to do? Our health and fitness professionals are here to help you plan, attack and stay focused on what is important to you. Trust us and trust in yourself; let’s go after it!

What’s involved:

Step 1: Fill out a goal card and be as specific as possible. Make sure to put your contact information on the back. We will keep names and contact information private, but we need a way of reaching out to you.

Step 2: We will post your goal anonymously in the lobby as a reminder for you to stay focused and as a motivator for others. It’s amazing how inspiring it can be to see what others are striving for.

Step 3: We will contact you at the 30, 60 and 90-day mark as a check-in.

Step 4: If at any point you aren’t sure of what to do or where to go, contact any one of our department heads. We are happy to help navigate which direction you should go in order to attain your goal.
