It’s time to get away from the computer and Xbox and burn some energy!

This class is geared for youths, ages 8 and up. The focus will be on agility, balance, flexibility, coordination and general strength and conditioning. Give your youth the tools and confidence necessary to face any fitness challenge or have them join any sport they like while creating the foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
