Seattle Athletic Club offers superior massage therapy services from some of the best practitioners in the state. All of our licensed massage therapists are members of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) or Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Our outstanding technicians deliver a variety of treatments, from Swedish and deep tissue massage to myofacial release and Neuro Muscular Technique. We are especially adept at meeting the specific treatment needs of athletes, and assisting with injury prevention and recovery.

A native of Seattle and a University of Washington alum, Allyson graduated from Cortiva School of Massage (formerly Brenneke). Her massage style is primarily deep-tissue, Swedish and myofascial, with additional neuromuscular and sports massage combinations suited to the needs of the client. Her passion for massage therapy was sparked by a three-month journey around the world, where she was exposed to a variety of different styles of massage in different cultures, from acupressure in China to ayurvedic massage in India. After returning from serving two years in the Peace Corps in West Africa, she studied massage therapy with the goal of being able to help heal people and improve the quality of their lives. An avid cyclist and whole-foods chef, she believes wholeheartedly in the power of exercise, nutrition, and massage to help people lead a more active, pain-free life.

Born and raised in Montana, Jennifer moved from her home state in 2001 to study massage at Seattle's Ashmead School of Massage.

During her studies, Jennifer was drawn to practicing in hospital settings working with patients and their families, where she enjoyed the practicum of Evergreen Hospital. She also volunteered her time with the Seattle-based massage organization InTouch, which specialized in providing therapy to HIV/AIDS patients and people suffering from cancer.

In practice since January 2003, Jennifer enjoys working with a variety of people. From sports therapy to relaxation, pregnancy to injury treatment and deep tissue massage, Jennifer's practice thrives from her diversity of treatment approaches. Jennifer beleives that therapeutic touch is a healthy, important part of our lives on every level, whether it's physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.

An avid hiker, runner and swimmer, Jennifer loves being with her two sons and husband, especially when it involves exploring the outdoors. She also enjoys cooking, time with her other family and friends, and the occasional game of Scrabble.
