ABSolution
This 30-minute intense ab class will focus on your entire core; abs, obliques and lower back!

BODYPUMP
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

Breakfast Club
Want a great way to start your day and feel energized all day long? Check out this fun, invigorating “Step” class. Utilizing the Step format, you’ll get a great aerobic workout while strengthening your cardiovascular system and have fun at the same time! Step experience is suggested.

Cycling
Simulates the outdoor biking experience on state of the art, fixed-cam stationary bikes. Combines endurance, speed, and hill interval training with guided focus and motivational music. All levels are welcome.

Healthy Steps with Lebed
This fun therapeutically based “The Lebed Method,” focus on healing movement class was originally designed for the breast cancer survivor but proven beneficial for other cancer survivors. The benefits of this program include: increased range of motion, reduction of pain, stimulation of the lymphatic system, increased energy, reduction of lymph edema, weight stabilization and joy! All levels are welcome and need not be a cancer survivor to participate.

Total Body Conditioning
This high-energy class combines both cardiovascular and strength conditioning to maximize calorie burning. There will be additional focus on core strength. This class is one hour and fifteen minutes and welcomes all ability levels.

Zumba
Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
