Greenlake Bootcamp July 19th – August 26th Get ready to push yourself for fun filled hour of high intensity exercises. Bring water, a towel and wear supportive shoes. I will provide the Energy, Encouragment and the Fun! We will use resistance training exercises to tone your muscles and body weight exercises to build your endurance. If your goal is to lose stubborn body fat or if you need to change up your workout routine this is the program for you. Training will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 – 7:00am
