Swim Conditioning Classes Complimentary for Members A workout designed by our certified coaches, this class gives the swimmer a challenge to improve their cardiovascular strength and endurance with the focus on proper stroke mechanics. This class is highly recommended for the novice level as well as Tri-athletes. Mon./Wed./Fri. 9:00-10:00am Tues./Thurs. 6:00-7:00pm (This class is for 18 years or older) |
