Kettlebell 101
The kettlebell has been around since the 1700’s. Kettlebell Basics will be an informative hands-on learning experience for this incredible fitness tool. Learn how a kettlebell can build strength and endurance by doing what a dumbell and barbell can’t. Use your workout time more efficiently and gain more benefits doing it!

Kettlebell 101 will take participants on a 5 week progressive training program using kettlebells. The first goal will be to learn kettlebell function and safety. Next will be workouts utilizing the squat, swing and turkish get-up to build strength and cardiovascular endurance. Come prepared to work hard as hardstyle kettlebell certified instructor Paul Nelson takes you through a full body workout using only kettlebells and bodyweight.

Tuesday at 7:00am starting August 3rd
Thursday at 12:00pm starting August 5th

$120 per month / one workout per week
