Yoga at Seattle Athletic Club

Seattle Athletic Club understands that it isn't always easy to achieve a state of balance in the bustle of a big fitness facility. That's why our yoga classes are taught in a heated, softly lighted, peaceful yoga studio away from the bustle of the rest of the club.

Our certified, highly skilled instructors offer instruction in both traditional and contemporary styles of yoga, from the Hatha and Vinyasa disciplines.

Our hand selected instructors are dedicated yoga practitioners. Each brings vast knowledge and experience from a broad spectrum of Yoga traditions. Most teach an integrated style of yoga that is alignment based and breath centered illustrating their unique training, personality, and life experiences.
